I want you to feel confident choosing me as your stylist. With my new guest process you’ll learn more about me through my website, occasional client emails and social media channels. You will see all services I offer and know exactly what to expect with pricing. Before we start your hair journey together I want to learn more about you, your hair history and lifestyle. My goal is to serve you and your specific needs, going above and beyond your expectations. After booking an appointment or filling out the digital consultation form, I will reach out via text within 24-48 hours with what service I recommend for you and approximate pricing. Once your appointment is booked you’ll receive a text confirmation and then another 24 hours before your appointment.

Communication is extremely important to me. We will discuss your current struggles and hair goals together. I will ask various questions about your color goals, your perfect maintenance schedule, color upkeep and more. I’ll reiterate our game plan back to you and make sure we are 100% on the same page. While I get to work you will be able to relax with a beverage and snack, work on your laptop with my lap desk, enjoy some quiet time while I get to work or we can get to know each other a little better. I strive to make sure your needs are met and you are comfortable.

I won’t leave you hanging after our first appointment together. You’ll receive a follow up text from me making sure you’re still loving your hair! We’ll stay in touch over social media or email and you can feel free to reach out whenever you need.
